  • Nibble+Nosh proudly serves events throughout Grayson and Collin Counties.

    Events outside these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

  • The sooner, the better. Event dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited—especially during peak seasons. Booking early is the best way to secure your preferred date and service.

  • A non-refundable 25% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

    Accepted payment methods currently include Venmo and Zelle. Additional payment options may be added in the future.

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date.

    Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Each Nibble+Nosh cart experience includes two (2) hours of bottomless grazing service.

  • Yes. Additional service time may be added for $100 per hour, subject to availability and advance approval.

  • Your cart host will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the event start time to allow for setup and styling.

    Once service begins, Nibble+Nosh will provide two hours of continuous, attended grazing service.

    Following service, breakdown and cleanup typically take 30–45 minutes.

  • Yes. Menus may be customized and vary based on the cart service selected. Customizations are discussed during the booking process and finalized prior to the event date.

  • Yes. Dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and similar requests can be accommodated whenever possible. All dietary needs must be communicated at the time of booking.

  • All cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

    The 25% retainer is non-refundable and applies to all cancellations, regardless of notice.

  • In the event of severe weather, a catastrophic event, or circumstances beyond the control of either party, the retainer will be retained.

    When possible, Nibble+Nosh may offer the option to reschedule the event and apply payments as a credit toward a future date, subject to availability.
